Leeds cat rescue- Web development.

Based on the scamps which I have recently drawn I have begun to develop the web visuals digitally. I have decided to use a structure grid system in a similar way to how I would with print as this is becoming a strength throughout the year and skills I want to build on further. I have used the same yellow/black colour scheme throughout to create high contrast and high legibility throughout. This is a consistent visual which needs to remain throughout as it is a main part of the new identity I have designed.

Similar to other projects I have taken on the same approach by laying out a simple block grid system which I can then fill easily with the needed content. I have made sure that all is seen within a square grid to add consistency but also to follow the boxed in approach to the brand logo to again represent the idea of being home and safe within a space. I have concentrated on the navigation as this needs to be clear throughout and easy to use. Contact details displayed immediately with ease similar to their competitors.

I have used a series of photos to make the site more visually desirable to the audience as this is one of the main things that will attract the audience to viewing and staying on the site. After a later crit some of these images were changed to show human interaction.
